For the vast bulk of people, what you pick early in the game really does matter --- a lot! The Key is Your Personality There is a fantasy on the web that anyone can do any business – after all it just requires the ability to type and there are turnkey systems and simple recipes - right?  This is a view no one would entertain in the ‘real’ world!! Companies spend millions on psychological profiles of their top employees before they hire them and millions more training them. No one would hire an unskilled person with no passion as CEO.
